The little flutter in the middle of the whiteness (best seen in the last 3 seconds or so) is our baby's heartbeat. 153 beats per minute. Whoo-hoo!

At times, the waiting room is comfortable, a place of escape and refreshing. In other moments, the waiting room is a place of sorrow and almost unbearable news. Regardless of the reason, the waiting room is a necessary time for many, particularly for women struggling through the hazy maze of infertility and adoption. May this place, the figurative “Waiting Room,” be a place of constant understanding, occasional venting, and ultimate refreshing.
